Aluminum Blow Molds

StraiTek will design and manufacture aluminum blow molds to be run at our customers facilities machined to their specifications. With over 12 years experience in blow mold manufacturing we are able to provide rapid tooling solutions to our customers typically in 2 weeks or less for prototyping purposes. We have the ability to manufacture your molds per customer provided data assuming the molds are fully machinable allowing for cutter radii in all sharp corners. Bolt pattern and blow pin information is required prior to design for proper striker plate design.
